Authorities are investigating an incident.
Late every month, the incident is thought to have happened during a game between Merrow and Battersea Ironsides.
After the Merrow players believed it was dangerous to continue the game is known to have been left.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said:Police were contacted on Sunday, 29 September about an incident on Burntwood Lane, SW19 at roughly 16:15hrs the preceding day.
It had been alleged that a man confronted the victim and his friends during a football game claiming to be in possession of a firearm.
There havent been any arrests.
In a document the Surrey FA have concluded their investigation without charges, but worried when the police find evidence of players being threatened with a 38, theyd re-open the case.
According to the document, a spectator went to the pitch. No weapon was seen by the referee.
