Eubank Jr may declare that despite enrolling the win on his slate far 2019 hasn’t gone exactly to plan. Back at a congested O2 Arena at London in February, Eubank Jr – even though conceding experience and dimension – out-hustled a match James DeGale to capture the best win of his profession.

“If people understood what I’ve sacrificed then they’d know why I put a lot into every fight. It has been my life for so long as I can remember as well as means that there can not be no other manner. I have been hungry for success and that appetite is with me.
“I see myself as the best fighter on the planet and that is because I have to. There can’t be no other way. I can not go into a struggle with another names which are around my burden, who want the exact same as me, rather than feel that I’m better than them”
On his future, Eubank Jr is determined that just the stages appeal to him. “I’m probably as close to my peak as I’m ever going to be, therefore the next phase of my career is really where I need to actually step up and make my mark at the largest fights.
“These next few years is where, I think, people will find the very best version of me. I am peaking at the perfect time for the very best names out there and folks will see when the huge struggles are created.”
